Vintage Murano Venetian Glass Bead Necklace, Cased Gold Foil, Textured Lampwork. A breathtaking vintage Murano /Venetian glass bead necklace with unique lampwork beads.
The focal beads are oval shaped with encased genuine gold foil and a textured surface of embedded drops of glass. The tiny glass drops look like little jewels, and they contrast beautifully against the gleaming gold foil. Smaller, transparent glass beads with encased genuine gold foil and luminous purplish-blue faceted crystal beads complete the necklace.
It's an exceptionally beautiful necklace with very eye-catching beads. The necklace is 26" long, the largest beads are about 1" long and 16mm thick at the center. The glass has no chips or cracks. The push-in claps is in excellent working condition.
