Likely from the 1960's. Cased glass, clear over blue with multiple layers of burst gold foil (Avventurina technique) in the clear glass layer. This duck stands about 5 1/4 in height.

It's in really great condition! Does have a little bit of scratching on the right side that I point out in the listing photo. It's not really noticeable unless you angle it just right with the proper lighting.
