Up for sale is a stunning, authentic vintage Murano art glass Cockatoo sculpture. This piece was handcrafted by the legendary Formia studio in Venice, Italy. It is part of the highly collectible "Exotic Birds of the World" series originally designed by Maestro Francesco. Features a beautifully textured, heavy clear glass body densely infused with shimmering silver leaf (aventurine) flakes. The bird is crowned with an elegant gold-toned crest and finished with polished black glass accents for the beak and eyes.

Please note: This item is authenticated by its original factory labels. I cannot see any etched or engraved signature on the glass. 12 in Tall x 9.5 in Wide. There are no chips, cracks, flea bites, or repairs.

The glass remains brilliantly clear. The original paper labels show minor vintage wear but are fully legible (please see all photos for details).
