TALL SLEEK VINTAGE ITALIAN MURANO GREEN & YELLOW ART GLASS VASE MID CENTURY. EXQUISITE EXAMPLE OF QUALITY VINTAGE ITALIAN MURANO ART GLASS. Presenting a stunning vintage Italian Murano art glass vase. This exceptional piece was expertly hand crafted by a Master Italian glass artist circa 1960s.
This exquisite piece has been spectacularly coloured with a radiant layer of vibrant colour blending smoothly from a vibrant green within the base to a radiant golden yellow at the top rim. The colour is suspended sommerso style, deep within the thick clear walls of the vase, forming a radiant arc of colour within the clear glass base. The rich colours blend and combine to create a striking range of radiant tones. The glass has been expertly tooled to create a tall, sleek tapered form with bulbous body leading to a slender neck and lovely waved top rim. Thick lobes of glass travel vertically from the base to the rim, radiating light throughout the form and creating thick flanges around the body.The striking encased colours become electrified with a magical intensity as they reflect of the sleek curves and lobes of glass. This stunning piece looks amazing with light passing through the glass, magnificently intensifying the radiant colours and casting vibrant reflections. This piece is presented in excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks or repairs.
