Stunning vintage Murano Cenedese Seguso sommerso opalescent glass swan 1 of 2
Lovely vintage Italian Murano pink opalescent glass hand blown swan-this listing is for the smaller of the two in the main picture-the larger one is separately listed-the look very good paired. In immaculate condition with beautiful stylised elegant body with lines carving out the flow of the folded wings in the way of Cenedese swans -much more elegant than the smoother streamlined shaped ones that have no shaped wing groove on their sides. Seguso did similar swans too-see final screen shot from 1stdibs (professional art dealer site verified items authenticity).
The fiery opalescent pink'glow' on the swan is strong and striking in the light. Moving house so I have listed masses of my huge vintage glass collection (and some antique glass of my mothers).
