This exceptional piece was expertly hand crafted by a Master Italian glass artist circa 1960s. This exquisite piece has been spectacularly coloured with a radiant layer of vibrant yellow blending smoothly to a rich midnight blue at the top rim.The exquisite reflect throughout the glass, blending and combining to create an exquisite range of radiant tones including shades of gorgeous green. The outer sides of the bowl has been beautifully decorated with impressed oval shapes which create a variance in the thickness of the glass and radiates light throughout the form. Impressed ribbing divides the oval shapes into sets of three glistening jewel-like lozenges, appearing below each or the four curved lobes upon the thick glass rim.
The radiant colours glow with an electric intensity as they reflect off the impressed ovals, stylish curves and lovely thick rim. The thick rim perfectly flaunts the stunning colour combination. This stunning piece looks amazing with light passing through the glass, magnificently intensifying the radiant colours and casting vibrant reflections.
This piece is presented in excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. This exquisite piece has been very well cared for and presents spectacularly. This impressive piece stands approx 70mms tall and measures 150mms in diameter. This substantial piece weighs just over 1.1kgs unpackaged.This piece has been very well finished with a quality flat polished base. There are sufficient light surface scratches to the base to authenticate this is a genuinely vintage example.
