Rare Vintage Murano SOMMERSO Glass Lamp Seguso Flavio Poli Mandruzzato

Rare Vintage Murano SOMMERSO Glass Lamp. A square faceted Sommerso lamp of burgundy red cased in pale blue and clear glass.

It is approximately 30.5cm tall to the top of the metal bulb fitting. It is fitted with a UK three pin plug and working. There are a couple of'as made' features to note (see the last two photos).

There is a small (0.5cm long) additional horizontal cut line anomaly on one of the front corner facets of the base, (probably a slight slip by the glass cutter). The inside edge of the cable entrance semi-circle is quite rough, (presumably where the glass was drilled inwards). Please see the other Murano glass items listed.
