Cenedese XL Pink / Opal'A Canne' Glass Pendant Lamp Vintage Murano 1970s

A Canne' Pendant Lamp, c. A vintage and very long Murano glass pendant lamp, produced by the Cenedese glassworks in the 1970s. It is made of thick clear glass with an irregular grid of pink and opal canes fused to the surface, and has a pleasing elongated bottle shape. The top and bottom rims have been polished and chamfered to bright finish. Because the pendant is predominantly clear glass, it would be best suited to low-wattage decorative bulbs for accent lighting, perhaps over a dining table or sideboard, rather than as a main light source.

The lamp accepts an E27 Edison Screw bulb, and has been rewired with a length of new Italian-made vintage-style braided flex in a light grey.
