Cameo Venetian Antique Gilded Gold Opalescent Murano Spiraling Glass Compote

Up for your consideration is this stunning venetian Murano vintage tall yellow compote. This lovely yellow rare cameo accented cover compote is a beautiful piece of art, produced circa 1940's-1950's. The main color is a beautiful Venetian yellow with gold inlay lattice work and applied clear decorative spiraling scalloped edges a rare and extraordinary combination. The base has a wonderful swirl design and is an opalescent as well as the creative tip on the top of the lid. The piece measure 13 1/4" x about 6 1/4" in diameter.

I see no chips or cracks on this rare stunning piece of art glass. Murano Glass has existed on the Venetian Island of Murano since the 10th century.
