BAROVIER & TOSO for SALVIATI Vintage MURANO Art Glass TWISTED GRAPES Compote. Please see my other auctions. Beautiful VINTAGE hand-blown Italian Murano art glass. Unmarked, as best I can tell. Most often attributed to SALVIATI & CO.

It is in fact (or so I believe), by Barovier Toso, who produced for Salviati's RETAIL-ONLY operation in the 1920s. Measures 7 1/2" tall and 11" across the top. Displays beautifully, and in excellent condition, with no chips, nicks, cracks, hairlines, scratches, stains, or repairs.

Glass is crystal clear, with no cloudiness or haze. GUARANTEED OLD and NOT A REPRODUCTION. All items are from a smoke-free home. I take extra care in packing, and you will never find inked newspaper touching your new treasures.
