Archimede Seguso Vintage Murano Glass Necklace and Earrings Demi Parure
A beautiful vintage necklace and earring set by Archimede Seguso. The necklace is comprised of curved blown murano glass links in a pink color that gives the impression of faux coral - the glass links are bordered by gilt caps, and in a classic Seguso style are strung together as if the glass is knotted. The necklace has a smooth barrel clasp. The coordinating clip-on earrings are coral glass cabochons bordered by curved blown glass beads finished again with gilt metal. I have had this set both appraised and separately authenticated. Certificate information for the authentication I had done will be sent with the set.

It's possible I'm wrong about that, but Seguso jewelry is rare generally, and he collaborated on glasswork for other design houses (his glass object work for Tiffany, for example, is well known), produced some jewelry for his company, as well as custom commissions. In light of that, it's not at all uncommon for his other pieces to be confused with, or misattributed to, his work for Chanel, so I would rather err on the side of caution.

Note: the box in the second and third photos is not included; it's there only to help you see the articulation on the necklace more clearly.
