Murano Iridescent Handblown Glass Ceiling Flush Light, Gold Plated Pearl Vintage

Vintage Murano Iridescent Glass, Designer Ceiling Flush Mount light. This is a stunning mid century piece created by Murano to make any room high class. The glass has been hand made with different layers of glass and then given an iridescent finish, to give a pearl like lustre.

The metal components including centre ring and glass mounts are gilt in Gold, with the outer ring being mirrored to reflect as much light as possible. Each Glass leaf has a bulb holder underneath, and a centre bulb holder making 6X B22 bulbs in total. I have checked the wiring and everything works great, as the picture shows. This light is mounted with a mounting bracket bar that is screwed into the ceiling. These were made in the 1970's/80s, the design and materials are typical of the designer lighting of that period.
